Each LIVE session includes a powerful energy healing transmission from me, and yes—it absolutely works on the replay too (because energy isn’t limited by time or space). That said, there’s something extra potent about being in the moment, receiving that healing as it flows in real time. It’s like the difference between freshly baked cookies and day-old ones: both are still good, but live is warm, gooey, and straight from the oven!

That’s why every session is lovingly recorded and uploaded to our Private Facebook Group, so you can watch—or rewatch—at your own pace, cozy with tea, crystals, or a face mask (no judgment). Plus, the integration exercises and prompts are designed to work with your life, not against it—think spiritual support meets real-life flexibility.

So whether you’re a live-show kinda soul or a replay ninja, you’re never behind. The Universe doesn’t do “late.” You’re always right on time.

When you enroll in this program, you’re committing to a six-month journey—emotionally, spiritually, and energetically. That commitment is a vital part of your transformation. Whether you pay in full or choose a monthly plan, you are agreeing to the full tuition and accepting financial responsibility for the entire program upon enrollment.

Because of the energetic nature of this work, there are no refunds and no standard cancellations. Choosing not to participate, losing motivation, or deciding the timing no longer works does not release you from this agreement.

That said, I recognize that genuine emergencies or unexpected life circumstances can arise. If something significant comes up, I invite you to reach out. “Working together” means having an open, respectful conversation to explore potential solutions—not a guarantee of cancellation, refund, or release from payments.

Examples of possible case-by-case options may include:

• Saving your seat to join the next round of the program

• Converting unused future payments into a credit toward another service or offering

• Paying a cancellation fee to be released from remaining payment obligations

A minimum of 6 hours per month is recommended, though how much time you invest is ultimately up to you. We meet twice a month for live group sessions (about 2 hours each), and in between, you’ll have time to explore challenges, integrate what you're learning, and apply the tools to real-life situations.

This program is about embodied growth, not busywork—so your experience will reflect the energy and intention you bring to it. Whether you're diving deep or taking smaller steps, what matters most is your commitment to showing up for yourself and the process.
